The base price for HEETS refills is 110 CZK per pack of 20 sticks. This price was set in 2020 following an increase in excise tax. If you buy a whole carton, you can get it for 1000 CZK at most retail points, saving 10 CZK per pack. An exception is some gas stations (e.g., OMV), where the discount is only 50 CZK per carton.
