Resetting the charging base is very simple; these instructions apply to the latest model 2.4 Plus with Bluetooth.
- Briefly press the Bluetooth and Power buttons simultaneously and release.
- Wait approximately 2 seconds until all IQOS indicator lights flash.
- The reset is complete.
How to reset the holder
You can also reset the holder itself. If it is discharged and flashing red, simply hold down the button until it turns off.
