What is the IQOS ILUMA, how does it work and what does it cost?
The IQOS ILUMA is an electronic device that heats tobacco sticks to around 350 °C. What it produces is a nicotine-containing aerosol rather than smoke. Because nothing burns, no tar is created – and according to the manufacturer and several independent studies the level of harmful constituents is substantially lower than in a cigarette.
