Resetting the charging base is very simple. This guide applies to the latest model 2.4 Plus with Bluetooth.
- Briefly press the Bluetooth and Power buttons simultaneously and release.
- Wait about 2 seconds until all IQOS indicator lights flash.
- The reset is complete.
