The IQOS heat-not-burn cigarette has been on sale for several years, and since June 2017 also in the Czech Republic. Each country has a different selection of tobacco sticks, but they have gradually been unified under the HEETS brand. For IQOS lil SOLID, the cheaper Fiit sticks, compatible with IQOS 3 DUO, are also available.
All European versions have the same nicotine content, approximately 0.5mg per stick in 0.3g of tobacco, so the only difference is in flavor (official composition).
HEETS Flavors in the Czech Republic
Since June 2022, 11 HEETS variants are available here, color-coded by flavor intensity. For further expansion of the range, dealers recommend contacting the official customer care center. The recommended price is 112 CZK per pack, but it may vary, for example, at gas stations or convenience stores, as although HEETS have been subject to excise duty since 2019, the price is not fixed by a tax stamp.

The European Union bans the sale of flavored cigarettes with the exception of menthol, but the ban does not apply to heated tobacco. However, Philip Morris does not want to draw increased regulatory attention to this product type and therefore does not supply heavily flavored variants to the European market. For example, Germany has a price of 6 EUR per pack, Poland 16 PLN without a carton discount.

IQOS Sticks Around the World
IQOS first launched in Japan, where it is now a sought-after alternative to harmful smoking, capturing over 30% of the smoking market and over 70% of the electronic cigarette segment. Sticks are still sold there in attractive packaging under the Marlboro for IQOS brand with various popular flavors.
