TEREA flavours in 2026: what exists, how they taste and what to expect abroad

For the IQOS ILUMA there are around ten TEREA tobacco variants in most European markets, plus the tobacco-free LEVIA nicotine sticks. Here is the overview with taste and intensity – and a warning about how much the range differs between countries.

What you need to know about the sticks

Every TEREA variant contains roughly the same amount of nicotine, around 0.5 mg per stick. They differ purely in flavour and in how they draw. The manufacturer rates intensity on a scale of 1 to 10 – useful as a rough guide, though perception is very individual.

The sticks fit devices in the ILUMA range only. In an IQOS 3 DUO or older they do not work, and they can even cause damage.

The TEREA variants

  • TEREA Russet – the most intense roasted tobacco aroma, intensity 9.
  • TEREA Bronze – strong, almost cigar-like, intensity 8.
  • TEREA Sienna – strong, clean tobacco taste, intensity 7.
  • TEREA Teak – dark, roasted tobacco with woody notes.
  • TEREA Amber – medium intensity with a nutty edge, intensity 6.
  • TEREA Yellow – mild, with a hint of citrus, intensity 5.
  • TEREA Blond Fuse – full, ripe tobacco with fruity undertones, intensity 5.
  • TEREA Soft Fuse – milder tobacco with creamy, fruity undertones, intensity 5.
  • TEREA Silver – very mild, pure tobacco, intensity 4.
  • TEREA Turquoise – fresh, cool note, intensity 4.
  • TEREA Wind Fuse – milder, fresher character, intensity 4.

LEVIA nicotine sticks

LEVIA contains no tobacco but the same amount of nicotine as TEREA. The number of variants differs by market, from three to seven. It is the option for anyone who finds the tobacco taste too present.

The range is not the same everywhere

This is the single most important point for travellers. Germany carries variants that Slovakia does not; Poland has its own line-up again. Prices differ even more, because national tobacco duty varies enormously across the EU – the same pack can cost twice as much in one country as in another.

So if you are planning to restock while travelling, check the official iqos.com site for that country first, or simply bring enough of your usual variant with you.

Which variant to start with?

Switchers from a medium-strength cigarette get on best with Sienna or Amber. Anyone used to light cigarettes should take Silver or Yellow. And if you want a fresh note, start with Turquoise.
